Just wanted to drop you a quick note to once again thank you for the outstanding service and attention that was given to me while leasing my new Jetta SE. Coming from Legend with a bad taste in my mouth I was simply blown away that two places that do pretty much the same thing can be so very different. I felt important and like a priority when dealing with you guys as opposed to simply a "potential sale". They say its the little things that matter sometimes and with that in mind you guys went above and beyond to make feel like valued customer. I drove away last night in my new car with a huge smile on my face thanks to you. Top to bottom and beginning to end (even dealing with my friend Jeff) you guys delivered.

I had the pleasure of leasing a new 2010 Volkswagen Jetta from Mr. David Quintero for my mother, Bina Dwivedi. My mother and I had previously leased a Jetta from Sovereign Volkswagen and initially we were not too thrilled with the service we had received from Sovereign. Hence, we went to several other Volkswagen dealers in Long Island and left each dealership unsatisfied. The salespeople were either unclear with their pricing or in general rude and unhelpful. Frustrated, I did some more research and found an Edmund’s consumer review regarding David Quintero. The consumer stated that he received a very fair deal from David and how satisfied he was with his car purchase. I decided to send out for quotes to different dealers on a Sunday night. I received an e-mail almost immediately from David on Sunday evening. The next day when I spoke to him on the phone, I described to him the car that I wanted. He actually LISTENED and within 15 minutes- he found the car, gave me detailed pricing without any hidden fees or any of the usual “nonsense” that one gets from other dealers. He was pleasant, professional, efficient and fair. He made the whole process easy and clear from start to finish. In addition, I received a follow up call from him making sure that we did not have any further questions or issues.
My mother and I wanted to thank you, Mr. Lever, for having the foresight to have David Quintero as part of your Platinum team. We had a wonderful experience at Platinum Volkswagen and we would highly recommend David without hesitation to our family and friends.
